Roanoke Valley Horse Rescue, Inc. located in Hardy, Virginia just 25 minutes from downtown Roanoke. Our purpose is to provide safety, care, rehabilitation, and re-homing services to abused and neglected horses. "Together we can make a Difference in a Life" RVHR also offers education on equine care and handling to individuals and community groups as we have staff/volunteers available to do so.
